Complete Your Campaign Information for Vottiv’s AI Tools

Campaign Information stores the facts and answers Vottiv uses when drafting mailers, texts, and other campaign content. Fill it in before generating content so the drafts reflect your campaign’s message and background.

You can return here when your priorities, public contact details, or election information change. Questions vary for candidates, party committees, and other organizations.

Add your information

1. Open Your Account → Campaign Information.
2. Click Add campaign information to open the guided questions.
3. Review your campaign identity and election, then answer the questions that apply to your account. Start with the essential questions, such as your core message and reason for running or organization mission.
4. Use Save & continue to save an answer and move on. You can use Skip for now where offered or Finish later to return another time.

The progress bar counts answered questions. You do not need to finish every additional question before using Vottiv.

Edit an answer or campaign fact

On the main Campaign Information page, click Add answer for an unanswered question or edit an existing answer. These edits save automatically. Wait for Saved; if a save fails, retry before leaving the page.

• Edit identity changes your account type, candidate name when applicable, office, and party.
• Edit account opens Account Information for your organization name, committee name, website, and public contact details.
• Election lets you review or change the upcoming election.
• View district shows your current geography. Use Contact support to request a state or district change because it affects your voter data.

Use accurate, current answers and review generated content before sending or publishing it.
