Direct mail is one of the most effective ways to connect with voters at home. With Vottiv, you can create, customize, and send postcards to your targeted voter groups—all from one platform.

You can choose from different postcard sizes, upload your own design using official templates, and review the preview before sending. Postcards are printed and mailed directly through the platform with all-inclusive pricing.

We offer three postcard sizes with flat, all-inclusive pricing (printing, postage, and delivery included). There are no volume tiers or bulk discounts.

4x6 Postcard — $0.87 per piece
6x9 Postcard — $1.05 per piece
6x11 Postcard — $1.01 per piece

Minimum order: 250 recipients per mailing.

Status Emails and Mailing Progress

Vottiv sends an order confirmation when your order is approved and enters the production queue. While an order is active, its daily update shows the number of postcards in each status. Daily updates are sent around 3 p.m. in the campaign's time zone. You can receive another update with the same counts if the provider has not reported a new status.

What “Mailed” Means

Mailed means the mail provider has reported that the postcards were handed over for mailing. It does not mean they have reached recipients. For example, “2,487 of 2,487 mailed” means all 2,487 postcards in that order have a mailed status.

The email breakdown counts individual postcards. The dashboard's order status summarizes the most common postcard status, so an order can contain postcards at different stages.

View Your Order

Open Direct Mail in Vottiv, sign in, and select the campaign organization. Select the order to view its status breakdown and artwork. If an email's dashboard button does not open, use the Direct Mail link here or open Direct Mail from your Vottiv account.

If the dashboard still says Printing after an email says all postcards are mailed, check the order's postcard breakdown and contact support with the order reference. Do not place the same order again to correct a status mismatch.

Who Receives the Emails

Organization admins receive order confirmations. Daily updates and the final campaign summary follow each admin's Direct mail notification preference. Turning off daily updates does not turn off order confirmations. See Manage Your Notification Email Preferences for the available controls.
