My Stats: Track Your Canvassing Performance

Every Vottiv canvasser has a personal My Stats dashboard in the mobile app that shows how much you've done — lifetime and per canvass. It's a quick way to see your contribution to your team and to compare against teammates on the leaderboard.

How to Open My Stats

Open the Vottiv mobile app and sign in. From the dashboard, tap your stats card or the stats icon to open the My Stats screen. (You can also access it after closing out of an active canvass.)

The Four Tabs

Overview

Top-line lifetime numbers, including:

• Total Doors Knocked — A big headline number across every canvass you've ever worked.

• Surveys completed, signatures gathered, and voter registrations you've contributed.

• Time active — Cumulative minutes you've spent canvassing.

• Doors / Hour — Your overall pace.

• A breakdown of door outcomes (Canvassed, No Answer, Declined, Inaccessible, Gated, Unsafe, Moved, Non-English, Wrong Location, Deceased).

Activity

A daily activity chart of the last several days, showing how many doors you knocked each day and the mix of outcomes (canvassed vs. no answer vs. other). Good for spotting which days you were most productive.

Sessions

A reverse-chronological log of every canvass session you've worked. Sessions are grouped by date and each row shows:

• The canvass name

• Start and end time

• Doors knocked and active minutes

Daily totals (doors and time) appear above each day so you can see your overall workload at a glance.

Leaderboard

A per-canvass leaderboard so you can see how you compare against teammates on each canvass you're part of. Healthy competition — and a good way to see who's available to swap territory if needed.

How These Numbers Are Calculated

Vottiv counts a "door" the moment you mark an outcome on the address (Canvassed, No Answer, Declined, etc.). "Active time" is only counted while you have an active canvass session running — it pauses when you close the canvass or your device goes idle.

Lifetime numbers include every canvass you've worked, including ones that have since been archived.

FAQs

Why is my doors-per-hour different from what the manager dashboard shows?
The manager view typically shows a 7-day rolling pace, while My Stats shows your lifetime pace. Big swings between the two usually mean your recent week is faster (or slower) than your overall average.

Can I see other canvassers' personal stats?
No — My Stats is private to you. Your campaign manager can see team-wide stats in their portal, but not the detailed breakdown of any other canvasser's lifetime activity here.

What if my numbers look wrong?
Tap Retry if the page failed to load. If a session is missing entirely, your device may have been offline when it ended. Open the canvass again to trigger a sync — pending updates flow up and the session will appear here.
