Postcard Sizes & Pricing

Vottiv offers three standard postcard sizes with flat, all-inclusive pricing (printing, postage, and delivery). There are no volume tiers or bulk discounts. The minimum order is 250 recipients per mailing.

4x6 Postcard — $0.83 per piece
6x9 Postcard — $1.02 per piece
6x11 Postcard — $0.98 per piece

Each size has a downloadable PDF template available in the app. Use these templates to ensure correct bleed, safe zones, and proper dimensions.

4x6 Postcard

Upload size: 4.24" x 6.24" (includes bleed)
Final trim size: 4" x 6"
Full color on both sides

6x9 Postcard

Upload size: 6.24" x 9.24" (includes bleed)
Final trim size: 6" x 9"
Full color on both sides

6x11 Postcard

Upload size: 6.24" x 11.24" (includes bleed)
Final trim size: 6" x 11"

File Upload Requirements

Files must be submitted as PDF format
Front and back designs must be uploaded separately
The system automatically validates aspect ratio to match the selected size
Artwork must extend to the full bleed area (extra 0.12" on each side, totaling 0.24" per dimension)

Delivery Timeline

All postcard sizes are delivered in 4–7 business days from the date of print.

Recipient Addressing

Recipient addresses are automatically pulled from official voter records in the Vottiv platform. When you select a voter group for your mailing, the system handles all addressing and mailing compliance.

Best Practices for Design

Always start with the official downloadable template for your chosen size
Keep critical text and logos inside the safe zone (away from bleed edges)
Use high-resolution images and vector graphics for best print quality
Ensure your design is visually effective at a distance, as postcards are often viewed from mailboxes
