Simple, Scalable Pricing for Every Campaign
At Vottiv, we believe in pricing that grows with your campaign — not against it. That’s why every account starts with a low monthly base subscription, and you only pay for what you actually use.
Here’s how it works:
Start with the Vottiv Data Center
Every Vottiv account includes the Data Center, which gives you access to:
Full voter file for your district
Filtering and segmentation tools
Instant voter lookup with profiles
Voter list exports (with small export fees)
✅ This is the base subscription and is required to use Vottiv.
💰 Pricing scales based on the number of registered voters in your district — starting as low as $20/month for small races.
Contacting Voters
Once your Data Center is active, you can add the full Voter Contact Bundle to unlock all voter contact tools. The Voter Contact Package also provides our lowest per-contact messaging rates.
The Voter Contact Bundle (Recommended)
When you're ready to start contacting voters, we recommend upgrading to the Voter Contact Bundle. It gives you full access to Vottiv’s campaign tools:

The one-time Voter Contact Package includes Campaign Website access through December 31, 2026. The monthly Voter Contact Package includes Campaign Website access while the package remains active. When package access ends, the website is suspended without deleting its content and without automatically starting a separate charge. You can restore it with the standalone $29/month Campaign Website subscription.

Two Ways to Pay for the Voter Contact Bundle
The Voter Contact Bundle gives you the same tools either way. The only difference is how you pay for it.
Pay once (lowest total cost)
Pay your full election-cycle cost in a single payment and you're done — no recurring charge for the bundle. This is the cheapest option overall.
Pay monthly
Prefer not to pay everything at once? The monthly option takes that same election-cycle cost and divides it across the months remaining before Election Day, plus a 15% payment-plan premium. Because the premium is added and the monthly price has a $100 minimum, paying monthly costs at least 15% more in total than paying once.
Since the cost is divided by the time left before Election Day, the monthly amount is higher the closer you sign up to the election. When you choose monthly in your dashboard, we show you the exact monthly amount and what it adds up to before you confirm.
Important: monthly billing does not stop on Election Day
Your monthly package keeps renewing after the election so you don't lose access to your data and tools if you want to keep working. That also means the charges continue until you cancel — we do not cancel it for you.
If you don't want to keep the package after Election Day, cancel it from your account billing settings before your next billing date. Your voter groups, filters, tags, and saved data are not deleted when the package ends.
Voter Contact Package — Messaging Rates
With an active Voter Contact Package, messaging is strictly usage-based. You purchase prepaid credits through your dashboard; costs are deducted per message or per minute as you use them. There are no minimums or long-term commitments.
Subscriber Rates (with Voter Contact package)
SMS (text messages): 3.5¢ per message
MMS (picture messages): 6¢ per message
Phone calls: 5¢ per minute
Managed Service Fee
If you use our managed messaging service (scheduled sends, automated campaigns), there is an additional 1¢ per message fee on top of the base rate.
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
Messages with emojis or special characters use Unicode encoding, which reduces characters per segment (70 vs. 160 for standard text). Longer messages may be split into multiple segments, each billed separately.
If a text message exceeds 5 segments, our system automatically sends it as MMS since it becomes more cost-effective at that length.
Pricing That Matches Your District
All pricing — including your base subscription and voter contact rates — is based on the number of registered voters in your district. This ensures that small-town races and large-scale efforts alike can use Vottiv affordably.
