Don’t worry — this video walks you through the exact steps to get location working again on iPhone, Android, and desktop (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox).

In this video, you’ll learn how to:
✅ Turn on location services at the device level (iOS & Android)
✅ Allow location access in your browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox)
✅ Fix issues after accidentally tapping “Don’t Allow”

Step 1: Device (system-level) location settings

iPhone / iPad (iOS / iPadOS)

Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → toggle ON
Scroll down and tap your browser (Safari/Chrome) → set Location to While Using the App (or Ask Next Time)
Toggle Precise Location ON

Android

Go to Settings → Location → toggle ON
Go to Settings → Apps → Chrome → Permissions → Location → choose Allow only while using the app
Turn Use precise location ON (if shown)
Optional: Settings → Location → Location services → Google Location Accuracy → ON

Step 2: Browser & site permissions (mobile + desktop)

Chrome (Android, Windows, macOS)

Open chrome://settings/content/location → enable Sites can ask to know your location
Visit vottiv.app → click the lock icon (🔒) → Site settings → Location: Allow
If previously blocked: Settings → Privacy and security → Site settings → Location → Blocked → find vottiv.app → set to Allow
If needed: Clear site data for vottiv.app (cookies/site data), then retry and allow when prompted

Safari (iPhone / iPad)

Open vottiv.app → tap Page Menu icon (It is typically represented by a box with two horizontal lines) → tap Three Dots → Location → Location: Allow
Or go to Settings → Safari → Location → set to Ask (then allow when prompted)
If stuck: Settings → Safari → Advanced → Website Data → search vottiv.app → Remove, then revisit and allow

Device & OS (e.g., iPhone 13 on iOS 18, Pixel 7 on Android 14)
Browser (Safari, Chrome, Edge, etc.)
