Campaign Reports

The Reports hub gives you shareable, presentation-ready summaries of everything your campaign is doing. Find it in the sidebar under Research > Reports. Every report can be downloaded as a branded PDF with the Export PDF button — perfect for sending to your candidate, donors, or party committee.

Reports are available to organization admins.

Campaign Activity

A cross-channel summary of your outreach: doors knocked, calls made and connected, texts sent, emails sent, and mail pieces — plus how many unique voters and households you've reached. Use the date picker to report on the last 7, 30, or 90 days, all time, or a custom range. The daily activity chart shows your volume by channel over time, and the door results breakdown shows what happened at each door (answered, no answer, declined, and so on).

Ballot Returns

During an election, track who has already voted. The report shows ballots returned so far in your district, how that compares to your last similar election's total turnout, and breakdowns by party and age group. Choose a voter group at the top to track returns within a specific universe — for example, your GOTV targets — and see exactly how many of them are still outstanding.

Precinct Coverage

Voter contact performance for every precinct in your district: how many voters and households you've contacted in each, your contact rate, and which channels you used. Sort by contact rate to spot precincts where your coverage is thin, and click any precinct for details. The PDF export lists every precinct ordered by contact rate.

Team Performance

Leaderboards for your volunteers. Canvassers are ranked by doors knocked, with doors answered, voters identified, and surveys collected. Phone bankers are ranked by calls made, with connect rate, voicemails left, talk time, and calls per hour. If Vottiv's automatic activity checks notice something unusual about a canvasser's location patterns, you'll see a "Review activity" note — it's a prompt to take a look, not an accusation.

Survey Results

Aggregated answers to the surveys your canvassers and phone bankers collect, question by question. Each answer shows how many voters chose it along with party and age splits, and the PDF export includes a full crosstab table for every question. Counts are unique voters, so someone interviewed twice is only counted once.

Election Impact

After an election, see how your outreach shaped turnout: a comparison of turnout between voters your campaign contacted and similar voters it didn't, with an outreach summary and a map of where your contacted voters live. These reports build automatically after each in-state election and also appear on your dashboard.

Tips

• Dates in reports follow your organization's local timezone.
• Report numbers refresh every few minutes, so very recent activity can take a moment to appear.
• "Voters reached" counts each voter once no matter how many channels touched them, so it can be lower than the sum of the individual channel numbers.
