How to Use Political Studio in Vottiv

Political Studio is Vottiv’s built-in creative hub that helps campaigns design, request, and publish high-quality campaign materials quickly and easily. This guide walks you through every feature step-by-step.

1. Accessing Political Studio

1. Log into your Vottiv account.

2. On your Home page, look to the right-hand side.

3. Click Explore Political Studio.

4. Click Get Started and choose your plan (Basic or Basic + Design Requests), if prompted.

2. Browsing Templates

1. Once inside Political Studio, navigate to the Templates section.

2. Browse hundreds of templates including:

   • Social media graphics

   • Postcards

   • Logos

   • Yard signs

   • Door hangers

   • Digital ads

3. Select a template category.

4. Choose the design you want to customize.

5. Click Customize in Canva to open the template directly in Canva.

6. Edit the design in Canva as needed, then save or download.

3. Submitting a Creative Request

(Available for users with the Design Request plan.)

1. Click Creative Requests on the left-hand menu.

2. Select New Request.

3. Choose a Design Category (e.g., social media, yard sign, postcard).

4. Select the Content Type (e.g., static image).

5. Fill out the pop-up with required information.

6. Click Submit.

4. Using the Political AI Bot

1. Select Political AI Bot from the left-hand menu.

2. Enter your Product Title (e.g., “Fundraiser Postcard”).

3. Choose a Content Type.

4. Select your Target Audience.

5. Choose a Tone (e.g., professional, friendly, bold).

6. Add a word count if needed.

7. Include key points or important details.

8. Add optional tags to refine generation.

9. Generate content or design ideas to help kickstart your creative process.

5. Connecting & Posting to Social Media

1. Click Social Media in the left menu.

2. Connect your campaign’s accounts (e.g., Instagram, TikTok).

3. To create a post:

   • Add a post title

   • Write your caption

   • Upload your image or design

   • Choose a date and time to schedule

   • Click Publish

4. View upcoming posts using the Content Calendar.

5. Manage all connected accounts from this section.

6. Ordering Campaign Swag

1. Select Swag from the left-hand menu.

2. Choose whether to request custom swag or browse ready-made patriotic items.

3. Available items include:

   • T-shirts

   • Hats

   • Buttons

   • Stickers

   • Mugs

   • And more

4. Submit a quote request or add ready-made items to your order.

7. Viewing Finished Designs

1. Click Finished Designs.

2. View all completed templates and custom designs.

3. Download, reuse, or revisit these files anytime.

8. Using the Brand Kit

1. Navigate to Brand Kit.

2. Upload your campaign’s:

   • Logos

   • Color palette

   • Fonts

   • Supporting brand assets

3. These will automatically sync across your designs to maintain consistency.
