You can now export timesheets for all your canvassers directly from the Canvassers page.
How to use
Navigate to Portal > Canvassers
Select a date range using the date picker
Click the Export Timesheets button in the top right
Find your export in the Data Exports section when it's ready to download
What's included in the export
The CSV export is organized by canvasser and includes:
Canvasser information: Name, email, and phone number
Daily breakdown: Each date the canvasser worked
Work periods: Start time, end time, duration, and doors knocked for each active period
Totals: Summary of total hours, doors knocked, and doors/hour for each canvasser
This makes it easy to review canvasser activity and generate payroll reports for your field team.

A major expansion of data import capabilities is now available. You can add brand-new people who aren't in your voter file or update existing records. All imports revolve around tags that connect the data to outreach tools.
Key Features
Two import modes: Add Voter Data (for new records) and Update Voter Data (for adding contact info/tags to existing voters)
Direct import into any existing tag from the Tags page
Dynamic tagging: map a CSV column to automatically create and apply tags based on unique values (e.g., Support Level)
Advanced matching with normalization (phones, emails, addresses, names with fuzzy logic) and multiple match-field AND logic
Automatic Voter Group creation when adding new voters
Full import history with unmatched record CSV download for troubleshooting
Imported data can be used for SMS, phone banking, email, and direct mail (but not canvassing)
